God is powerful enough to establish the reign of Christ on earth without us, but the God we find in Scripture continually brings that kingdom to reality through the gifts and service of ordinary people like you and me. God has called each one of us to be part of a royal priesthood and gifted us with unique talents in the Body of Christ. When we discover and use our gifts at First Methodist and far beyond our walls, we become a coworker with Jesus in God’s plan to transform the world.
