Keith's Story of Generosity

My wife, grandson, and I attend FUMCB. I have also taught Club 56 for years, and I am the Indiana University faculty advisor for Jubilee. To me, generosity means giving all of yourself and your talents to the community around you and around the globe.

I am blessed in my walk and that has come through the generosity of my grandparents, parents, family, friends, and the church. I enjoy giving generously to our church’s youth through Sunday School and the young adults in Jubilee. I teach, speak, help with events, and just sometimes lend a voice to those who need partnership or just a friend. Recently, Jubilee completed a prayer walk through Indiana University and I sponsored a meal at BuffaLouies with about 22 individuals who love God and being with each other. Sometimes, generosity is even as simple as chalking words of encouragement outside the church with the Club 56 kids!

I hope you know that you have an impact sometimes larger than you know — generosity has an immeasurable ripple effect in and outside the church!
