Discipleship Hour | Sundays at 10:45am | Thurston Parlor

The Senior Adult Ministry is sponsoring a Bible study, "Invitation to the Old Testament." It is an overview of the Old Testament, and participants gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the Old Testament as an integral part of the Christian Bible and a renewed discovery of our identity in God and God's vision for all things. The study includes video presentations from scholars, daily reading assignments, and small group discussions. All are invited to participate in this study.

The 8 week study will be offered in person during the discipleship hour on Sunday mornings, starting January 9, 2022, and on zoom on Wednesday's, starting January 12) at 2:00pm. The participant manual is available online through Cokesbury or Amazon. Pastor Donna will be facilitating the study. Please contact her with any questions at dgoings@fumcb.org.
